The Japanese term, Kaizen, in short is defined as continuous growth and improvement. From infancy to adulthood, we are shaped by our experiences, relationships, environments, genetics, and free will. To continue to grow guidance, love, and education is crucial. No matter what stage of life you’re in, or what your path is, ongoing guidance and mentorship is more beneficial than you may think. To help build the foundation for the generations after us, we must be nurturing, transparent, and supportive. It’s time we begin lifting each other up, cheering one another on, and engaging in open-reflective conversations. When we plant seeds with love and positive energy, a community grows continuously with the same values and more.
